Training: each team learns its own screens.

Not a tour of every menu. Finance learns bank reconciliation and month-end; sales learns quotations and confirmations; the warehouse learns receipts, picking and counts — all on your own products and customers, so day one after go-live feels familiar.

what training covers

By audience, then by team.

Administrators

Users and access rights, company settings, numbering sequences, document templates and approval rules — the people who keep the system running.

End-users

The day-to-day screens each person actually uses, taught hands-on so they can do their own job from memory, not a manual.

Finance sessions

Customer and vendor invoices, bank feeds and reconciliation, tax returns and reports, and the month-end close.

Sales sessions

CRM pipeline and activities, quotations and pricelists, order confirmation and invoicing, and the customer portal.

Warehouse sessions

Receipts and put-away, barcode picking and delivery, transfers and adjustments, and cycle counts.

Quick-reference guides

A short written guide for each core task, so new staff can be onboarded later without us in the room.

how training runs

Plan, practise, prove it's ready.

1

Training plan

Agree the roles, teams and the specific tasks each person must be able to do alone.

2

Staging copy

A copy of your database, so people learn on real products and customers, safely.

3

Role-based sessions

Administrators first, then each team on its own screens — short and hands-on.

4

UAT & readiness

Users run their tasks end-to-end; we check go-live readiness before cut-over.

what you get

Confident users, and guides you keep.

Key users are trained first and help train the rest, so the knowledge stays in the building. Every session leaves written material behind.

common questions

Training, answered.

Is training on a demo or on our own system?

On a staging copy of your database, not a demo. People learn on your real products, customers and layouts, so nothing looks unfamiliar on go-live day.

On-site or remote?

Both. We run sessions on-site in Singapore and remotely for teams in other locations.

Who should attend?

Administrators first, then each team for its own screens. We train key users deeply so they can help train the rest.

What is UAT?

User acceptance testing: your team runs real tasks end-to-end before go-live, so questions and gaps surface while there is still time to fix them.

Can we train new hires later?

Yes. The quick-reference guides let you onboard without us, and we can run refresher sessions whenever the team grows or Odoo changes.

How much does training cost?

On quotation, sized to the teams and sessions involved — request a quotation.

next step

Get your team ready to run it.

Tell us the teams and roles going live. We will plan the sessions and come back with a quotation.
