How Neil works, and where the experience comes from.
Neil holds a computer science degree on top of a business one, and has worked on both sides of every project since: the finance and operations people who use the system, and the developers who build it. That is why discovery workshops with Neil end with a process map your accountants recognise, not a feature list.
For ten years Neil co-founded and ran an ERP consultancy as President and CTO, leading pre-sales, scoping, solution design and delivery teams across Acumatica, Odoo, SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics. The same company built its own point-of-sale system, an HR and payroll system and a core banking and lending platform.
Since then Neil has run global roll-outs of SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, Salesforce and ServiceNow, led core banking integrations under BSP, SOX and AMLC rules, served as a CTO, and headed delivery for NetSuite and Acumatica programmes. Each roll-out meant setting up local tax, currency, language and multi-entity reporting, and moving years of legacy data across intact.
Outside work Neil has served the Rotary Club of Metro Antipolo since 2017, as a director and as president from 2022 to 2024.
